User Agreement & Disclaimer

1. Nature of Services

Rogue Arena provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

All products are supplied through legitimate channels, authorized distributors, approved resellers, or lawful commercial partners where applicable.

2. No Affiliation With Game Publishers

• We are not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any game publisher, game developer, telecommunications company, gift card issuer, trademark owner, or intellectual property holder unless expressly stated.
• All trademarks, logos, game titles, brand names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
• References to third-party products are solely for identification and compatibility purposes.

3. Intellectual Property Compliance

• Rogue Arena does not create, modify, hack, exploit, duplicate, counterfeit, generate, or illegally distribute game currencies, accounts, gift cards, airtime, eSIM services, or digital products.
• All products sold through our platform are obtained through lawful commercial channels and are intended solely for legitimate consumer use.
• If any intellectual property owner believes their rights have been infringed, they may contact us for prompt investigation and resolution.

4. User Responsibility

By purchasing from Rogue Arena, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and use the products.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will comply with the terms of service of any relevant game, platform, telecommunications provider, or service provider.
• You will not use any product obtained from Rogue Arena for fraud, money laundering, identity theft, unauthorized access, cybercrime, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful activity.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users are strictly prohibited from using products or services purchased from Rogue Arena for:

• Fraudulent transactions
• Financial scams
• Chargeback abuse
• Account theft
• Unauthorized account access
• Money laundering
• Cybercrime activities
• Phishing or impersonation
• Circumvention of legal restrictions
• Any criminal activity under Nigerian law or applicable international law

Any suspected abuse may result in immediate cancellation of orders, suspension of service, refusal of future transactions, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

6. Fraud Prevention

Rogue Arena reserves the right to:

• Verify customer identity
• Request additional verification documents
• Delay or cancel suspicious orders
• Refuse service at our discretion
• Cooperate with payment processors, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory authorities

No refund shall be owed where an order is reasonably suspected of involving fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity pending investigation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rogue Arena shall not be liable for:

• Account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms
• Changes made by game publishers
• Product restrictions imposed by service providers
• Network outages
• Telecommunications disruptions
• User misuse of purchased products
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected transaction.

8. No Guarantee of Third-Party Services

We do not control third-party games, mobile networks, telecommunications providers, gift card issuers, or publishers.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, functionality, acceptance, or continued support of any third-party product or service.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, completed deliveries are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or where Rogue Arena determines that a delivery failure occurred through our fault.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rogue Arena, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights;

11. Compliance With Nigerian Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including applicable consumer protection, electronic commerce, cybercrime, anti-money laundering, and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Nigerian law.

12. Right to Modify Terms

Rogue Arena reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

13. Acceptance

By using RogueArena.gg, creating an account, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Agreement and Disclaimer.
